About The Practice
Thank you for your interest in my practice.
I see patients both in my office and virtually.
Because of practice size and other practical reasons, I do not accept insurance. I provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance if you wish. The amount your insurance reimburses you for your appointments depends on your plan, deductible, out-of-pocket spending, and other factors. I cannot provide a reimbursement estimate because it depends on multiple factors unique to you and your plan.

If you would like to request an appointment, please call, text or email me. Please specify a good call back number and time to reach you. I will reply to you within 24 business hours. We will have a brief discussion by phone and decide if an initial assessment would benefit you.
If an initial assessment seems appropriate for you, we will schedule a 60-minute appointment. Because I perform a detailed, comprehensive assessment, it may require multiple appointments. I may request medical records from your previous providers and obtain your consent to contact family or loved ones. I may order lab work for you to complete if indicated.
Once the assessment is complete, I will provide you with a recommended treatment plan, which may include continuing care with me or recommendations for other providers or programs.

Initial Assessments
$450 for 60 minute appointment

Follow up Appointments - Medication Management & Psychotherapy
$225 for a 30 minute appointment
$275 for 45 minute appointment
